  1. candleAunt Gina, Dan and Chris. We are all so sorry for your loss. Uncle Frank will be greatly missed by many people. Please know we are thinking of you and sending our love.

  2. Frank was a dear friend and mentor. Our friendship spanned 50 years and he was a major influence and inspiration in my becoming a psychologist. His warmth and insights were not only a gift to me, but I am certain, a legacy that will endure in the many lives of others who he has helped through their challenges and difficult times. Our deepest condolences to Gina, Dan and Chris. (David and Leslie Drassner)

  3. candleI am devastated to hear of the loss of Dr. Patalano. He was a wonderful man and doctor. I am heartbroken.

  4. I am so very sad to hear of the passing of Frank Patalano. He was the most extraordinary mentor and therapist. Frank is the epitome of an excellent psychologist, and an excellent human being. I always describe him as my brilliant teacher, therapist and friend. Compassionate, kind, warm, unassuming, and supportive. I would like to extend heartfelt sympathy to Gina and his sons.
He made the world a better place and he will be sorely missed by many.

  5. candleDearest Dr. Patalano: A few years ago I came in to be counseled by you as I was in one of the darkest places in my life. Your warmth and wisdom gave me comfort and helped. Your words hit me to the core, it was like all the puzzle pieces finally came together. So much so, I forward that wisdom to others. My many thanks to you. May you rest in peace.

  6. Dear Gina and family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I pray that God will help you will all find peace.

  7. Frank was my professor while I attended undergraduate school. I was quite lost at the time, not knowing what to do in life as a 20-year-old, both professionally and personally. I think he recognized that and decided to help me. He became my mentor, and became my friend. Frank was one of the most kind, patient, and caring people I ever met. I remember his passion for jazz music in particular, he just loved it. I miss Frank, and I think about him regularly. Without him, I’m not sure where I’d be in life but probably not as good of a place as I’m in now. Thank you, Frank, for being you.

My condolences to his loved ones.
