Frederick George Walter, age 75, of Smithtown, NY, passed away Wednesday afternoon, August 20, 2025. He was born in 1950 in Bay Shore, NY. Frederick was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Frederick was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Walter. Frederick is survived by his four children, Julie Garvey, Emily Clark, Audrey Morgan, and Frederick Walter; three sons in law, Bill Garvey, Bobby Clark, and Kevin Morgan; and eight grandchildren, Bridget, Keira, and Meredith Garvey, Liam and Thomas Clark, and Abigail, Evelyn, and Sean Morgan. He also leaves behind six sisters, Priscilla, Cecelia, Claire, Agnes, Isabelle and Mary; and six brothers, Tony, Justin, Joe, Roddy, Danny, and Johnny; their spouses and many other family members and cherished friends who will sadly miss him.

  2. One of my heroes growing up. Fred dated my sister Patti for many years. He was like a big brother to me. Many fond memories playing soft ball for the Night Cap Bar which Freddie who owned with Jack Loth. He was like Family to me.. May he rest in Peace
