GLORIA A. MULIERI

9-11-1929 – 2-6-2022

Born in Manhattan, NY to Luisa and Riccardo Ferruccio (sister to Elvira Grimaldi). Beloved wife to Joseph Mulieri, who’s unwavering love and devotion saw him through a serious disability until his passing in 1985. 

A cherished mother to her sons Michael and wife Clare, Richard and wife Mary, and daughter Joanne Sponito and husband Tom. Her unconditional love and guidance will be sorely missed by them all.

Proud, involved, and passionate Grandmother to Michael, Rayanne and husband Joey, Joseph and partner John, and Kristen. She always knew what each of them were interested in, and what they were doing during each phase of their lives. She was a true inspiration and taught them about life and love — her wise words and guidance will never be forgotten. 

Gloria also leaves numerous loving relatives and friends. She was involved in many activities and was an honored member of the Sons of Italy and Smithtown Senior Club.

Gloria was always there when you needed her, and her family was blessed to call her mom & grandma. Rest in Peace Dear Glo.
