Harry Ramsey Wackett, Jr., age 82, of Ridge, New York died Monday, February 14, 2022. Harry was born September 12, 1939 in Jamaica, New York. He is the son of the late Harry R. and the late Florence (Holland) Wackett. He was a proud Army veteran and served from 4/29/1962 to 4/17/1964. He was employed by Metcalf & Eddy, Inc., New York, New York as a Civil Engineer. He is survived by his beloved wife, Wanda (Penkalo) Wackett, his loving children, Laura (Steven) Siniski of Middle Island, New York, Harry (Alice) Wackett of Somerset, New Jersey and Andrew (Ritu) Wackett of Setauket, New York, his dear brothers Richard Wackett of Sayville, New York and Lawrence Wackett of St. Paul, Minnesota. Harry is also the cherished grandfather of six grandchildren. Harry was predeceased by his brother Thomas Wackett (2010) and precious grandson Nolan Siniski (2003).
