A Beautiful LifeShe was blessed with a long life and up until the recently pretty healthy. She was a strong woman that with her husband Harold raised 6 children, 5 boys and 1 girl. She had a strong sense of values which she used raising their children. Life has certainly not always been easy, but through those difficult times she managed to draw from her strength, courage and conviction. I know personally that these values have taught us how to rise up and face life's challenges. She was a very outgoing and friendly person that liked meeting people. Her parenting extended way beyond our immediate family. So many of our friends felt she was like a second mother to them as she welcomed everyone into our home. She was respected and loved by so many people she met along the way. One of her joys was to dance ' if there was music playing you would find her on the dance floor. She liked to have fun. And even at the end of her life when she became limited to what she could do, she still managed to have fun. Her greatest joy in life was her family. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. We were very blessed to have her in our lives. She was an inspiration not only to her family, but to so many other people. She was a beautiful person inside and out and will truly be missed ' we love you

Guestbook

  1. Our deepest sympathy and love to all of Aunt Helen’ s family. We are so happy we had a nice conversation recently but so sorry we never got to visit. Life and work can be consuming. We have wonderful memories of the love and laughter we always shared. Aunt Helen was the best Godmother anyone could have and I will be forever grateful to have her in my life. She taught and modeled, by her love filled living, great values for all of us. It is a sad day but we find comfort in knowing that she is with so many of her loved ones. May God grant all of you strength and condolence during this difficult time. Love to all, Joan and Mike Carbone

  2. Love to all my cousins and their families at this time of grief. You all made Helen very proud. She was a very loving woman, and I always felt her caring towards Connie and I. All my best to the family. Love, John
