Henry R. Healy

Henry R. Healy, age 95, of Clark Mills, NY formerly of Ridge, NY died Tuesday, June 26, 2018. Henry was born November 13, 1922 in Glendale, NY. He is the son of the late Henry and the late Lillian (Cook) Healy. He was predeceased by his Wife, Ella Martha (Smith) Healy, sisters,Mabel Schumm, and Edith Cordell and his brother, John Healy. He served in the Army during World War II from 1942 to 1946. He was employed by U.S. Post Office at JFK Airport, NY as a Supervisor. He is survived by one daughter: Lillian Healy of Clinton, NY and three sons: Henry Healy (Linda) of Clarkmills, NY, Donald Healy (Joyce) of Flowery Branch, Georgia and Gerald Healy (Irene) of Shirley, NY, one sister: Lillian Hellinger of Battleboro, VT and one brother: Edwin Healy of North Carolina; He also has Nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. The religious services will be held 10:00 am on Tuesday, July 3 at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 716 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. Burial will follow at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton. Visiting hours will be Monday, July 2 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY.
