  Grandpa was a great man, and I wish I could have been there to celebrate the long and wonderful life he had. He was a loving father to our dad and aunt and uncle, and an amazing grandfather. We’ll miss you and look after Mom for us ❤️

Uncle Sonny, You were the rock of the family. If one needed to discuss something important, we could count on you for a well-informed and level-headed viewpoint. Yet you had a sense of humor too. Most of my memories of you included a dry joke or two. There are people you love just because they are family. I also liked and respected you – a lot. Rest in peace. You will be missed.
