James Lowney

James Lowney, age 88, of Ridge, New York died Thursday, November 9, 2023. James was born May 2, 1935 in New York City, New York. He is the son of the late James and the late Elizabeth (Smith) Lowney. He was the owner of James Lowney Meat, Westhampton, New York. He is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia (Gloster) Lowney , and his loving children, Karen Smith, and Adam Lowney. He was predeceased by his dear son, James M. Lowney. He is also survived by his sister, Pat Merindino. He is the grandfather of six cherished grandchildren and ten precious great grandchildren. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. Religious services will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. Visiting hours will be Sunday, November 12, 2023 from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Monday, November 13, 2023 at 9:00 am for a 10:00 am closing prayer.
