john kozlowski iii

July 17, 1993 ~ January 19, 2024

Born in: Huntington, NY
Resided in: S. Huntington, NY

In loving memory of John Kozlowski, 30 years old, unexpectedly passed on January 19, 2024. Beloved son of John and Linda. Cherished brother of Michael and Ashley with a deep affection for his dogs, Hunter and Honey. Loving fiancé of Danielle Frankel. Admired future brother-in- law to Gabby and Matt and future son in-law of Michele and Paco. Loving nephew, cousin, and friend. Adoring “uncle” of Emma and Allie.

Born and raised in South Huntington, he was a proud graduate of Trinity Regional, St. Anthony’s High School and the University of Scranton, and later completed his Master’s of Business Administration at Long Island University.

John dedicated his professional life to Northwell Health, most recently as the Director of Financial Operations at Glen Cove Hospital.

His smile and laugh were contagious. He loved playing golf, wearing Lululemon, traveling the world, singing karaoke (specifically Piano Man), and being the life of the party.

May his memory live on in the hearts of those he touched.

Guestbook

  1. candleDear Mr. and Mrs. Kozlowski and Family, There are no words I can say that will make your heart stop hurting. Losing a child is probably one of the hardest things a family goes through. My heart aches for all of you. We hope as time passes, you will feel the love and support from so many that knew John. God Bless and prayers will continue for your family. Mrs. Lorraine DePalo

  2. Dear Kozlowski Family,

Your son/brother was an incredible human being. I had the pleasure of knowing and working with him and I have nothing but wonderful memories of him. He was courteous, funny and a real gentleman. He always had a smile on his face and a warm comment on his lips. You raised an amazing human being and he will be sorely missed by so many people. I pray for you and ask the Almighty to give you the strength and fortitude to deal with his loss until you are united with him again.

  3. Dearest Kozlowski Family,
We are all extremely heartbroken for your loss. John was such a sweet, kind & happy young man. He was never without a smile or a kind word. Such a happy guy because of his amazing family. I remember how happy he was to welcome his little sister into the world with love and joy, such a proud big brother. There are no words that can take this horrific pain away. Just know so many people are praying for you, and here for you all. In times like these we question our faith, but we have to also embrace our faith to carry us through such darkness. May your faith, family & friends help you in the days ahead. God bless you all.

  4. John made my first and forever friend, Danielle, the happiest girl in the world. I will forever love him for that. May his memory live on through Danielle and all of his loved ones. Only meeting him a few times, I saw just how perfect he was for Danielle. His smile lit up the room and he made the Frankel family complete. My deepest condolences to the entire Kozlowski family. I am so broken and sorry for this tragic loss. My heart is with you all.

  5. We are so terribly sorry for your devastating loss. Sending prayers for comfort and strength during this very difficult time.
