John Francis Innes

John Francis Innes, age 90, of Rocky Point, NY died Thursday, December 29, 2016. John was born November 27, 1926 in Brooklyn, NY. He is the son of the late John and Catherine (Walsh) Innes. He served in the Navy during WWII & Korean wars. He was employed by Dun & Bradstreet NYC, NY as a Reporter. He is survived by his wife: Joan (Krummel) Innes , two daughters: Joan Keese of Smithtown, NY and Christine Stanganelli of North Merrick, NY, and two sons: Philip Innes of Houston, Texas and John Innes of Austin, Texas. He also has ten grandchildren, one great-grandchild. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered 9:45 am on Tuesday, January 3 at St. Anthony Of Padua R.C. Church, 614 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Coram. Visiting hours will be Monday, January 2 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY.
