  4. John, I don’t know where or how to start. I Responded to Your cable technician advertisement in Newsday it was a Friday afternoon in the spring of 2005. I immediately starting working for you the following Monday. We built more than just a partnership over the years. We built and grew our families together. Your words have, still and will forever echo in my mind, “Family is life, that’s why we do what we must do.” Along with several other quotes, in your arsenal of inappropriate sayings always ready to be deployed to set the mood, ease the tensions, and to remind everyone that, if you can’t enjoy what you’re doing, why do it at all. We are family, you included me in your camping trips, Quadding adventures, and hunting trips. You introduced me to a world of adventures and hobbies that are permanently embedded into life and memory. When my Family moved off Long Island in 2018, we lost touch, but never lost our connection. I am forever grateful for every moment we had together. I am deeply saddened by the news of your passing. My thoughts, prayers and deepest condolences go out to the entire Valentino Family and every individual you’ve touched on your journey through life. May you rest easy my friend, peacefully and without pain.
