JPed, you were one of the toughest bosses I had. I questioned whether you believed in me. I found out later that you did and now I know that you made me better at my job. I am gutted that you are gone. I am so happy that we caught up last year at the end of my round the world trip. We laughed a lot. I thank you and I will miss you xxxx
