  19. Joe was a great man. I had the best time working with him and his family for 10 years. I loved getting up every morning and driving 45 mins to work. He made his workers feel like his family. You will be truly missed .

I will live the rest of my days under the guidance that you’ve given me over the last 41 years, and I will do my best to carry our name in the manner you would have wanted. I couldn’t imagine how lost I would have been without you, and I know that you will be with me for as long as I have breathe in my lungs, and far beyond.
