We are here today to celebrate the life the Joseph C. Franco, who during his life gave so much of himself with love and affection to his family and friends. We are sad because of our loss, but also know he is now resting in the arms of angels, his beloved son, Stephen and daughter Susan. We now have another angel watching over us.
