One of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I remember all the way back to 5th grade how his smile and absolute genuineness stood out. So kind and friendly. My heart is broken hearing this news. Very sad. Prayers to his family and friends.

There are people we meet in life that we just never forget. Julio was one of those people and I feel fortunate to have called him a friend. Although I had not seen him for many, many years, his infectious smile and kind soul will forever remain etched in our memories. Rest in peace my dear old friend. Thoughts and prayers to your family during this difficult time.
JulioMy old friend. From 12 years old on. Playing kick the can, hind and seek, seeing the first Star Wars movie, The Village Green, towel whips and drownings, listening to YES, Pink Floyd, ELP then to Depesh Mode,The Smiths, REM. Going to concerts- Peter Gabriel was an ethereal experience. Dancing, The Rose and Thistle, Uncle Michaels Chilly, The Scavenger Hunt, cooking, talking for hours on end about life and death and living. He was kind and snarky, brave and Vulnerable and my favorite person. My heart breaks for his family and friends and everyone who’s life he touched. May he be at peace.
