Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. With a friendship for almost 50 years we will miss you my dear friend. But find peace knowing you are with your beloved Kenny. Rest in peace karen.

  2. I met Karen and Ken when I joined the Blue Star Mothers as the mother of a Marine. We stood on many flag lines together. When my father (Korean War Veteran) passed a few years ago, Karen and Ken stood for him as well. They changed their travel plans to be there for me and my family. Wonderful, selfless and kind is how I will remember you. Rest in eternal peace.

  3. Dearest Karen, you touched our Blue Star Family in so many ways. Yours and Kens devotion never wavered. You shared our deployments and our welcome homes and were always a beautiful presence every where you went. You were of great comfort to us all. Ride free in the sky with your beloved husband and help guide us along the way. You are Ken will always be in our hearts 💕 and sorely missed.

  4. To My Dearest Friend Karen, Since we met over 40 years ago you we always there for me when I needed you. You were there for me in happy and sad times. I can’t even begin to thank you for all the talks we had over the years. I am so glad I was able to spend time with you over the last few months. I will never forget you. May you Rest In Peace. I love you.

  5. Patriot Guard Riders (PGR) lost one of its angels .

She was a wife, mother, grandmother and an angel for all veterans.

She led by example and dedication and passion for all the PGR missions and veteran causes.

But most importantly, she was my friend and I will miss her .

Thank You Karen Wirth for making me laugh and smile.

Now you’re at peace and can join Ken and say hello to Frank, Smidi, Eddie and many others.

You stood with us, now we will stand for you. RIP

  6. Karen and Ken were two of the first people I met in PGR. She took the time to guide us in the proper way to stand a flag line, led by example. Karen and Ken stood side by side to honor those that served and passed, giving comfort to the families and friends. Now it is your time to rest, be at peace, ride the heavens with Ken at your side.

  7. Karen was the first person I met when I started with the PGR. She made me feel welcome and showed me the ropes.
R.IP. Angel, you will be missed.

  8. Karen and Ken were the most dedicated and passionate PGR Riders I ever met or road with! They gave their all on ever mission and I never seen one without the other, true sole mates. Now they’re together again, they both will be truly missed. “REST IN PEACE”

  9. candleOur thoughts and prayers go out to the Wirth, Doeinck, and Jones families.
    Rest in Peace Karen

  10. candleYou were a special person and a special friend Karen. You and Kenny were each extraordinary individually, but together you were a force that changed many lives.
I was always better for having known you and now that you are back together with Ken I know you are both happy and pain free again.

    Love,
    Tom & Linda

  11. candleI love you Karen and all the ways you shared your love with those around you. May your family be blessed by all of your charity. Love Christy

  12. My deepest sympathies to Karen’s family. I met Karen & Kenny through my good friend John Fenech and every time I saw her at a LI Abate or any other ride she always had a warm welcoming smile. I will truly miss her (as I do Ken) and that friendly hello & smile at future rides. Ride with the angels Karen and keep an eye on us down here as well. Love you!!
