Katherine Conway Adipietro, age 88, of Ridge, New York died Sunday, January 29, 2023. Katherine was born March 30, 1934 in Queens, New York. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Katherine (Hefferen) Conway. She was self employed as a Quilting Teacher in Ridge, New York. She is survived by her loving children, Kathleen Cordeiro of Center Moriches, New York, Patricia Jolly of Shirley, New York, Kim Kiriewsky of Shirley, New York, Susan Montella of Shirley, New York, and Andrew Preli of Mastic, New York. Katherine is the dear sister of Mary Guilliaccia of California, Margaret Burgos of Levittown, New York and Agnes Geraghty of Floral Park, New York. She is also the cherished grandmother of seventeen grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. Family and friend will meet at the Church for the Celebration of the Mass of Christian burial at 9:30 am on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at St. John The Evangelist RC Church, 25 Ocean Avenue, Center Moriches, New York. Burial will follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery Association, Center Moriches, New York. Visiting hours will be Wednesday, February 1, 2023 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York.
