Kevin Jude O'Connor, age 63, of Beaufort, North Carolina, died Monday, September 18, 2017. Kevin was born January 31, 1954 in West Islip, NY. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He is survived by two sons: Matthew O'Connor and Kevin O'Connor, one sister: Susan O'Connor of Connecticut, and four brothers: Patrick O'Connor of Holbrook, NY, James O'Connor of Ridge, NY, Thomas O'Connor of Wantagh, NY and Dennis O'Connor of Southampton, NY. He was predeceased by his Son, Andrew O'Connor. Memorial visiting hours will be Friday, September 29 from 6-8PM at Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY. Kevin was a great friend to my grandfather Sherman Griffin, he was only part of my life from birth to the age of 9. I will never forget the times he would let me play Brothers in Arms at his house and tell me about his military experience. I know God is treating him well
