Dear Varcia and family,
John and I were honored to know your wonderful husband/father. Kyros was gentle and kind, and always had a smile on his face. The challenges he faced were many but his steadfast Varcia was there for him every single day. It is a sad time but Kyros is now free from his debilitating disease. Our thoughts and prayers are with you now and in the days and weeks ahead as you adjust to your loss.
With deepest sympathy,
Claire and John Andrews

dear varci, alexis and paulette,
i am waiting at the gate in boston, waiting to fly back to switzerland. had a nice visit with mom. i was so sorry to hear that kyro passed. i feel fortunate to have known him. the memories of our family get togethers are highlights of my life. what fun and warmth we had. a sense of protection and love. his friendship with dad was amazing, heartwarming. in the 70s we visited him once at work at the meat shop. that was an adventure for 3 suburban boys. ironically, 20 years later the gallery that i was showing at was in the same building. he was a fine man, funny and up beat. he will be missed. lots of love, nick
