Linda Ann Schacht

linda schacht

Linda Schacht née Lallos was the third child of Grace Maglio Lallos and Robert Joseph Lallos. She was raised in Queens NY. She lived in Levittown NY for many years until she and her husband, Ron Schacht, moved to Florida 12 years ago. Linda is remembered fondly by her extended family and wide circle of friends for her quick wit and ability to inject humor into stories about even the most common occurrences. She was dedicated to her children and this manifested itself in many ways. She served as the class mother for a full year for each child. She spent over 10 years working in various positions in the Levittown schools. She also enjoyed socializing and spending time with friends and family, especially her granddaughters. Linda is survived by her husband of 50 years, Ronald Schacht, her daughter Christine(Rebekah) Schacht, her son Ronald “Robby” Schacht, and her granddaughters Grace and Anna. She is predeceased by her parents, Grace and Robert Lallos and her brothers, Robert and William Lallos. There will be a memorial to celebrate Linda’s life in NY on August 29th at Branch Funeral Home. Visitation is from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm. There will also be a Gravesite Committal on August 30th at Caroline Church of Brookhaven.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations, in Linda’s memory be made to:
