Linda, the daughter of Edward and Hedy Kunik, was born on March 18th, 1948 in New York City. It was here that she spent her youth, began her career as a secretary and met her loving husband, Jim. They married on June 14th, 1980 and were together for 43 years. In 1985, their daughter Lindsay was born shortly before they relocated to Long Island, where Linda resided for the rest of her life.
Linda’s greatest joys in life came from the care she gave to her family along with the events and travels she was able to share with them & her many close friends. Her faith was very important to her and she felt very strongly about helping those in need, always giving to charities and supporting friends & strangers alike.
Linda is survived by her husband (Jim), their daughter (Lindsay) and many other family & friends. Linda was preceded in death by her father (Edward), mother (Hedy) and brother (Michael).

There are people in your life that just feel like family, from the moment you meet. Linda was that for me. We traveled the world together with Jim, Lindsay, and my husband, Bob. Later, Jon was added to our little group. I’ve laughed till I cried and have so many memories of my time with Linda. Love you chickadee. Will miss you so much.
