Dear Lisa and Family, Your Mom was such a beautiful woman. I will miss her tremendously, but it is so consoling to know that she is truly in Glory in her Heavenly Home forever with Jesus. 😇😇😇
We are sorry to hear today about Madeline’s passing. She was my mother’s niece and my cousin. Through the years I will always remember her kindness to my mother as they shared their recipes and cooking experiences. They were both great cooks. She was a beautiful soul and May she Rest In Peace.
To Madeline and her Family,
Madeline was intellectually gifted in many ways especially in The Language Department. And so very, very talented. Talented at Dance and talented at Music. Her handwriting, exquisite. She was so brilliant with food I believed she was going to live to 100. She looked like she was in her 30s when she was in her 70s. Devoted to her family and devoted to cooking. I cannot repay her for her generosity in sharing family meals. Madeline would give out such large portions, well, I would get so full I didn’t need to eat again for several days.
One time Madeline made rice pudding and it turned out………astonishing. Of course she wanted to share it with her peers. And there was only 4 of them. Madeline decided to give me one even though I was just a kid 10 years old. It was the most delicious rice pudding ever. They say there’s no such thing as perfection but I know there is thanks to Madeline’s perfect rice pudding that day.
Thank you Madeline and Pat for the gift of Lisa, one of my life long best friends.
Even though there is wayyyy too much to write here, I can quickly say, Thank you Madeline for everything you did for me.
