Marie A. McKenzie

Marie Alethia McKenzie, 71, of Brooklyn, New York was born in Jamaica West Indies and was the third child of Jasper McKenzie and Gertrude Sharrers-McKenzie of St Andrew, Jamaica. She is a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School, in Jamaica West Indies. Marie migrated to the United States. and worked at the Bank of New York for many years leading up to her retirement. Marie was an "Angel on Earth" who was full of life and loved everyone she met., She was selfless, kind, and compassionate. She enjoyed donating to her many charities, working on word puzzles, collecting dolls, and reading her bible daily. She will be deeply missed by family, friends, and co-workers. Marie leaves behind her siblings, Claudette Wildman, and Cheryl McKenzie, brother-in-law Anthony Wildman, nieces - Alethia, Elizabeth, Rosemarie, and Mackenzie, grand-niece Jessica, and a grand-nephew Joshua. God children, Nicole, Craig and Justin. "A memorial service will be held in the coming months. With the uncertainty of COVID19 the family is unable to celebrate Marie at this time because of social distancing.”
