Marie Frances Zizzo, age 87, of Ridge, New York died Monday, May 21, 2018. Marie was born May 6, 1931 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and the late May (Jeruso) Angelo. She is survived by her husband: Jack A. Zizzo and two daughters: Elizabeth Onorato (Daniel) of Holbrook, New York and Jacqueline O'Connor (Kevin) of The Villages, Florida. She also has six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 9:00 am on Saturday, May 26 at St. Anthony Of Padua R.C. Church, 614 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY. Burial will follow at Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury. Visiting hours will be Friday, May 25 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY. So saddened to hear of Marie’s passing. Marie was a great friend to my mom, Blanche and she will be very missed. I am grateful for the shared moments of life and living. Whenever I go to IHOP, I always think of her smile while eating crepes. Thanks for taking the lead in yoga and all the special double dates with my mom and dad. With sincere condolence and sympathy…..
