It is with deep sadness that the Spilotros family announces the passing of Mario Spilotros, age 85, on September 20, 2026, in Dix Hills, NY.
Born in Mola di Bari, Italy on September 4, 1941, Mario was the beloved husband of Caterina; loving father of Frank and Matthew; cherished father-in-law of Laura; and adored Nonno of Isabella and Matteo. He was a dear friend to many and will be deeply missed.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation to honor his life on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Branch Funeral Home (2115 Jericho Tpke, Commack, NY).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Mario’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
