Mark we were friends from back in elementary school through high school. Back then all I remember is your always joking and smiling. Haven’t seen you recently but in your pictures on fb you look so happy with your beautiful wife and daughters. I know you are at peace and watching over them and giving them strength to get through this. You will be missed.
May we all find comfort in knowing that good men like Mark will be given the opportunity to enjoy life again under better conditions. The Bible speaks of a resurrection here on earth made a paradise. Acts 24:15 and Revelation 21:3-4.
Mark was a friend of my brother’s in high school. I got to know him well and he always made me laugh. I will always think of him and smile. Sending my deepest condolences to the beautiful family he left behind.
To the Pepe family, please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. I remember our days together as classmates and I was thrilled that our paths crossed again as educators committed to the lives of children. He often talked about his family and his face would just light up with joy and excitement. Mark was simply my best math and science teacher. I often recall the selfless way in which he gave of his time, talent and considerable expertise to all who touched him, as well as to the many he touched. He will be deeply missed and we will keep your family in our thoughts and prayers. On behalf of all of us at Great Neck Public Schools, we offer our very deepest sympathies.Dr. Errin Hatwood
