Martha Martocci, age 90, of Ridge, New York died Wednesday, May 22, 2019. Martha was born July 9, 1928 in the Bronx, NY. She is the daughter of the late Ladislaw and the late Agnes (Fritch) Patterson. She was employed by Northport School District as a Clerk. She is survived by one daughter, Mary (Joseph) Taussi of Arizona, and two sons: Peter (Renee) Martocci of Sayville, New York and Robert (Kathy) Martocci of Ridge, New York. She also has three cherished grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Celebration of the Mass of Christian burial will be offered at 9:30 am on Tuesday, May 28th at St. Anthony Of Padua R.C. Church, 614 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. Burial will follow in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, New York. Visiting hours will be Monday, May 27th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Rocky Point Funeral Home. Martha was my mother’s oldest friend from when they were 5. I went to lunch with Martha a few times in the past 2-3 years and we had a nice time. I will miss her <3 - God bless her family.
