  1. I am so sorry to hear the sad news about Mary. She attended quite a few of my Stitchers Hideaway Needlework Retreats in Connecticut and in Massachusetts. She loved needlework and was a fun addition to the retreats. She had a WONDERFUL smile and loved seeing everyone else’s work — probably as much as working on her own.At each retreat donations of toiletries are received for a woman’s shelter. Mary made a huge donation one year that was just amazing. I remember that I had to get my husband to lift it all for me!She was kind and sweet, funny and fun. She will definitely be missed. To all her friends and family I extend my deepest sympathies.

  2. I was so sorry to hear of Mary’s passing. I got to meet her at a recent needlework event in Sturbridge. She was such a dear person, a lot of fun to talk to. I know her family and friends will miss her, and I am praying for them.

  3. I am so heartbroken of the loss of my dear friend Mary. She was always willing to help me with my knitting projects, and we met monthly for dinner to catch up. My thoughts and prayers are with her family at this time of loss.

  4. May your candle always burn bright and may all your knitting and crochet projects be complete. Love and miss you already!

  5. My heartfelt sympathy to Mary’s family. I was so sorry to hear of her sudden passing. We had spoken recently about her holiday job and about getting together. She will be missed. She was enjoying her retirement. May she rest in peace.

  6. Dear Brian & Family, we are very sorry for your loss. Mary was a great neighbor! May she rest in eternal peace.

  7. Mary and I corresponded this past year and finally got to meet at a Stitchers Hideaway Retreat this past October. Mary took me under her wing and we had so much fun together. We talked at length about her retirement, family and our shared love of needle work. My thoughts and prayers to Mary’s family during this difficult time.

  8. I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mary. I had the pleasure of working with Mary for many years and she was a wonderful person. Thoughts and prayers for her and her family.

  9. So sorry to hear about passing of Mary. I had the pleasure of working with Mary and she was such a nice person. Thoughts and prayers for her bereaving family
