I will never forget all of the great times we had when our families got together to play cards. My favorite memory was when all of you kids started sliding down the stairs at Rick and Cheryl’s house. You kids always seemed to have more fun than the adults.
To Matt’s family and friends, I am terribly sorry for your loss. You will be in my prayers.Matt, thank you for being so kind. It was always nice to hang out with you. I am glad I was able to spend more time with you and Ally over these past few months, especially at Danielle and Matt’s Halloween party and their wedding. Mostly, thank you for making Ally so happy. She was very lucky to have you! I know you will continue to live on through her memories. Rest peacefully <3
My heart goes out to Jen, Bill, Karen, and Chris and everyone else close to Matt.The childhood memories I had with Jen and Matt are irreplaceable. You are all in my prayers, I love you all.

My memory of Matt is that of a low key, hard working man who was so sweet and head over heels for my niece, Allie. It is tremendous loss for his family as well as for the Mercados particularly Allie. May his memory live on in the hearts of those who had the pleasure of meeting such a unique individual.
I am a childhood friend of Karen’s. I can’t imagine what this family is going through but extend my deepest sympathies and thoughts and prayers for healing during this most difficult time.

Matthew, what time we did get to spend with you as a neighbor in Menifee was a pleasure. You were so nice to come over with Jen to play and hang out with our younger kids. Matt you will be missed by the people you have touched thoughout your young life but will not be forgotten. Gods speed Matthew Malone.

My heart just breaks for all Matt’s family and friends as we try to deal with Matt’s leaving us much too soon. My personal memories of Matt are of happy and joyful times with getting together with friends and lots of laughter.

Although I only met Matthew a few times, I will always remember him as a kind and sweet soul that was always by Ally’s side. I will always be thankful for the love and positive energy that he brought to Ally and the rest of my family. He will forever be missed.My sincerest condolences to the Malones and Mercados!
When I first met Matt it was an instant feeling of family. He had such a kind quiet manner and an easy quick smile. He was so good to Ally and will be greatly missed.

My son Nick was Matts roommate, co-worker & more importantly – friend. I have been devastated ever since hearing this sad news….Matt was the nicest, sweetest young man I ever had the pleasure to meet. His smile, his sense of humor & the twinkle in his eyes will never be forgotten. Life is so unfair sometimes…. To his family, I don’t even know what to say. There are no words….But as a mother, I feel your pain. Rest easy Matt….

We looked forward to you coming down sometime to visit, but then you told me you and Ally were thinking of moving to Georgia…I have no words except love you, always thinking of you and look forward, as always, to seeing you again.
