  3. The loss of Michael was shocking and sudden. We are so sorry and saddened. We pray for the grace of God to be with you, may He comfort your broken hearts. This life we live is so short, love one another, forgive one another and live at peace with one another. Every tear you shed for Michael, the Lord knows, He sees, He hears your cry. The Lord is close to the broken hearted. Give Him your broken heart and He will mend it. He will comfort you. We mourn with you.

  7. Mike made a difference. He was in a number of classes with our daughter, Caroline and stories of Mike’s kindness and character were told around our dinner table. He was a mentor to our son, David (2 years younger), who was on the middle school basketball team. Mike had come to practices and worked with David on skills and was incredibly encouraging to him. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers are with you, as Mike was truly dearly loved and will be deeply missed.
