I cannot say enough about Mike. He was more than just a colleague of mine at Yonkers. He was a true friend and great mentor. Much of what I know I owe to him. As many said, he was truly someone special, and will be missed.

Just saw this disturbing news !! Mike came into my life after my son’s fatal accident in 1989. He had known my late wife Sue, at St James Lumber, and we hired him to build a suite, to accomodate his rehabilitation needs !! He was so caring and loving to my family. After my son passed, I worked for Mike for a summer at the home of the late Sonny “Leon” Rice in Stony Creek, NY. He was a good man and I treasure my time with him. Mad god rest his soul and give him eternal love…..
