Rest In Peace Mr. Rosello. Although you left us way before your time, you impacted everything and everyone around you with your kindness and thoughtfulness. You cared about people and in return, they cared about you. Thanks for being a great boss and a great person. You will be missed.
I cannot believe Mike is gone. He was a great person and a great boss. I am so sorry to hear of his loss, as it is very very sad. God bless his wife,Kids, and extended family. Rest in peace mike.

On February 3 2019 my life changed and will never be the same. I lost a peer but more importantly I lost one my best friends. I met Mike in 2005 when I transferred to the FRG station where Mike and I were peer managers. Mike and I became immediate friends because as most would say we are very much alike, ( and thatΓÇÖs not just because we have the same name). Our friendship grew inside and outside of FedEx. There isnΓÇÖt one word that can discribe Mike, he was full of life, love and laughter. I can still hear that famous giggle laugh when we are joking around, anyone that knows Mike knows what IΓÇÖm talking about. Mike would always go out of his way to help anyone, thatΓÇÖs what made him special and is something I will miss. Mike left us way to early in life, but his spirit will live on forever in the special memories that I believe we all have of one of the best guys I ever knew. I can honestly say I am a better person because you were my friend. Thank you for always being there for me when I needed you.Thank you Mike for being my friend, I will miss our talks.I wonΓÇÖt say goodbye, IΓÇÖll just say til we meet again.RIPLove you BrotherMike
