Michele Giunta, beloved wife to Joseph Giunta for 50 years, daughter to Speranza Giglio, mother of Gina (Joe) Tornabe & Kristen (Robert) Hachemeister, Nonna to Giuliana, Nina, Joey, Jonathan & Cole, Sister to Donna (James) Strickland, and Aunt to Alexa (Tyler) Ruggiero & Nicholas Strickland, Brian, Steven, Frank, Andrew, Paul Giunta, and Danielle Thompson. Michele passed away on October 1, 2024 surrounded by her husband and daughters. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, raised on Long Island where she graduated high school from Half Hollow Hills East.
A devoted wife and mother whose careers have spanned from hairdressing to Real Estate Agent. Throughout her life, she prioritized raising her girls, encouraging them to pursue all of their dreams and ambitions. She balanced her family life, and her professional life with grace and determination. Michele was an inspiration, placing attention on every detail, achieving success and always with great commitment and pride. She is loved deeply by her family and friends, and will live on in all of us. She left us way too soon. Her family will love her forever and miss her always.
