I am so sorry for the loss of your wonderful husband and father. May you feel his presence surrounding you always…May God be with you especially in the coming weeks and months ahead.. Love you my dear friend
Condolences and prayers to the Sorrenti Family. I had the honor of working with Nick when I was tasked with establishing a new command in the Police Commissioner’s Office and of all the candidates for a sergeant’s position Nick was chosen. He was truly a blessing to the unit and added a human touch that helped us all endure a high pressured assignment. When the new lieutenants’ list came out he took the time to call me, as I had retired due to chronic Lyme disease, and thank me for being a good mentor. I miss all the men and women that I worked with in the SCPD, and especially miss all those that I never had the opportunity to let their families know how important their loved one’s work was to make Suffolk a better place to live and work. Thanks Nick.John Streeter, Capt. (Ret.)
