We are so very deeply saddened by the passing of Nick. It was such a shock; he left us too soon. We send our heartfelt sympathy to Linda and all the family and will keep you in our prayers. We will always remember his kindness, his humor, his wisdom, and our great long talks about world events. No more suffering now. Scriptures of our Blessed Assurance come to mind: Though he is ΓÇ£absent with the body he is present with the Lord.∩┐╜ (II Cor. 5:8) and ΓÇ£ Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.∩┐╜ (I Thess. 4:13-14)How happy and joyful he must be to see His Lord in God’s heavenly kingdom! …till we meet again, Nick. Rest in Eternal Peace.
My Deepest Condolences go out to the Stanko family, I hope you find comfort in these words, ‘He will swallow up death forever,……And will wipe away the tears from all faces. Isaiah 25:8
Still can’t believe your gone. Happened way too quickly, and way…too…soon. 60 is still young. You had so much yet to see with your ‘manses’. You were supposed to get an artificial kidney and recover. Jesus had other plans. We miss you so much. You are leaving some big voids in our hearts that can’t be filled. All we have are memories now. But…No more dialysis or kidney stuff, no more heart stuff, no more diabetes. No more pain and no more problems!! And….You are with the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The Prince of Peace, the Wonderful Counselor, and the Mighty God. Being with Jesus is all you needed and He called you home. You are in that beautiful place called heaven and can see him, touch him, hold him. What a more wonderful place than here. So for that I have the blessed assurance that i will see you again. Until we meet again. We all love you!
Well, it’s been a year since you were called home to be with the Lord. It hasn’t been easy for us, especially for Pam and the kids. You missed a lot of things this year….all the food for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter. Time with your grandsons. Can’t believe it’s been a year. Where did the time go? Your ‘little, little, little’ and your ‘little, big, little’ miss you a lot. Your saucy Dosy misses you very much. We all wish you could have been with a little longer. God had other plans, and his plans are perfect. I’m sure you’re enjoying the peace being in His presence. Hopefully you get to ‘check in’ with us every now and again to see what’s going on down here. We miss you! Love,Your ‘Big, big, big’.
