  1. Lee and I send our deepest condolences. Rich was a very nice man and we always enjoyed speaking with him at family gatherings. No matter what the occasion, I remember thinking, what a sharp and sophisticated gentleman he was. He was from the generation we seldom see anymore, but marvel when we do.
