So many laughs & amazing fun times with him & Margie…..too many to list. You will always be remembered, we could never forget you. Richard, You will be missed by so many and I am one of them. You were a jovial person, whom always have something funny to say. we the activities team at Ocean Pointe, will miss you dearly. We could count on you stopping in the activities center everyday just to say hi. You were a part of the group in our water aerobics class, St Patrick’s day parade, and most of all Ocean Pointe family. Its because of you, we have started doing the renewal of wedding vows and we shall continue it to keep your memories going. My sincere condolences to the family of Dick Reda.I met Dick back in the late 1940’s when my family and I spent our summers in Selden. We were a group of boys and girls who enjoyed swimming, (Lake Ronkonkoma, Canaan Lake) playing sports and attending the fire house parades and carnivals from surrounding towns. It was a great time in all our lives.I’m sure he had a wonderful life with a loving wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Rest in peace my old friend!
Uncle Dick,You always had a way of making us feel like a special part of your family. It was wonderful ‘catching up’ with you a few weeks ago. We will miss you!Love, Jim, Emily, Jimmy and Brian Nelson
