Richie and I worked together for many years at BHS and he was always a very friendly and helpful person. He will be remembered by his many students for the fine education and beneficial influence he had on their lives. Our condolences and best wishes to his wife and family.
Rich was my mentor; he was my friend. He so willingly cloaked me with his kindness; supported me with his guidance; calmed me with his smile and laugh; just an easy person to talk to, to be with. There are only a few times in a person’s life when you meet someone that so effortlessly becomes a part of your memory; that imparted themselves into your life. So seamlessly affect you and guide you when you were younger; and now that we are older, when we accomplish a task, you can’t help but remember them as I do Rich. So, now we no longer have you to see you. We will, however, always have you and see you in our reflections; enveloping us with your kindness, guidance, smile and wonderful laugh.
