Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Although the sadness is overwhelming, I find comfort knowing Rob is finally at peace. He is home in heaven with my mom and dad and I know they greeted him with open arms yesterday! I will miss him every day of my life. I love you, Rob! Until we meet again, my wonderful brother!

  2. To My Cousin, Friend and The Brother I Never Had, You touched many lives and will be truly missed by all. I will cherish all the laughs and good times we shared over the years. Until we meet again, I hope you have joined the family at the card table. You will be forever in our hearts. Love you

  3. Bob you will be missed. Hall of Fame Rutgers lacrosse 2017 and your always smiling face. God Bless you. Until we meet again.

  4. I work with Leigh’s sister, Kristin. Although I’ve never met the Vencak family, I’ve heard so many wonderful stories that Kristin has shared. I am so sorry for your unimaginable loss. I hope that loving and happy memories shared with family and friends will bring comfort during this incredibly difficult time.

  5. To a dear cousin who had the determination and will to live like no one else I know. You are the first cousin to leave us and you will be sorely missed at all our gatherings. You left this world way too soon but your strength and will leaves us with the memory of what you can accomplish when you never give up. Visit us on occasion and let us know how our families are doing! I’m sure there was a seat waiting for you at the ‘loud’ card table!

  6. Leigh and Cole, we are so very sorry for your loss. We met Bob when we spent the weekend at your Upstate house, many years ago when Cole was just a baby. Bob was so friendly and welcoming to us. Words just seem so inadequate at times like these, but just want you to know that we are thinking of you both.

  7. To lose a sibling is always very sad. It is especially sad when the sibling is so much younger. It is not the natural order of things. Robert had so much more he wanted to do. Tonight, with a tear in my eye and a smile on my face, I will raise my glass skyward and toast the many happy memories he has left for us. To my loving brother, Robert who left us too early, you will be missed so much.

  8. My heartfelt sympathy to the family and friends. To lose someone with so much left to share with the world is terribly difficult. May all of you find comfort in your wonderful memories, as well as God’s promise. (Acts 24:15)

  9. We didn’t get to know Rob well, he found us in his search for a new oil company. But what we did learn during our very pleasant interaction with him was that he treasured his family and cared very much about taking care of them. He seemed like a lovely man and we were shocked and dismayed at his passing. Our deepest sympathies go to his family at their loss.
