Robert E. "Bob" Wright

Bob was born on March 12, 1930 in Windber, Pennsylvania.He was the 12th child born to his parents, Sarah Philips Wright and Francis T. Wright.Bob was a resident of Smithtown, NY for the past 50 years with his family.Bob is survived by his devoted wife of 63 years, Elizabeth Miller Wright; his son, business partner and best friend, Griffin Wright;His loving daughters, Karen Wright Rabolt (Tom), and Elaine Wright; his cherished granddaughters, Jennifer Rabolt- Chirivas (Alex) and Joelle Rabolt,and his adored great-grandchildren, Jordan Chirivas and Brayden Chirivas. And many nieces and nephews.He was predeceased by all of his siblings; Gladys Kimmel, Lillie Richard, Elsie Morgan, Agnes Wright, Lucky Wright, Doris Hostetler, and Ethel Gardner.Bob served his country honorably in the United States Army - 11th Airborne Division during the Korean War.There was nothing more important to Bob than his family.His final resting place will be at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY next week (Date and Time TBD)
