Robert M. Goss
March 7, 1951 ~ August 19, 2024
Born in:
Rockville Centre, New York
Resided in:
Smithtown, New York
Robert M. Goss passed away unexpectedly on August 19, 2024. Bob is survived by his loving wife Sue and sons Thomas and Timothy, sister Eileen (Steve) and brother Edward (Scottie). Also survived by sister-in-laws Laura (Ralph) and Jeanne, many loving nieces and nephews, and treasured friends. He was an Air Force veteran and former youth sports coach.
Bob loved the family’s golden retrievers, ballroom dancing, classic rock, cars, jigsaw puzzles, gardening, backyard bird watching, detective shows, vintage movies, Seinfeld, and Letterman. He was a loyal and often frustrated Mets and NY Giants fan who watched every game in his recliner with a box of Cheez-Its and a Coca-Cola. But above and beyond anything else, he loved his family.

Sue, Tom and Tim- I am so sorry for what you are going through . I have so many memories of Bob- the many dance lessons, planning our Mediterranean cruise excursions, our gardening discussions, puzzles I got for him and most of all how strong Bob was for me when Jack collapsed five years ago. Those two certainly loved their golfing days and I’m sure they are golfing again together! I will miss you Robbie…love, Bonnie Lee
