Ronald Ira Brooks

Ronald Ira Brooks, age 88, of Stony Brook, New York died Wednesday, January 26, 2022. Ronald was born July 2, 1933 in Brooklyn, New York. He is the son of the late Morris and the late Julia (Greenberg) Brooks. He served in the Army from 1957 to 1959. He was employed by the Northport VA Hospital, Northport, New York as a Podiatrist. He is survived by his beloved wife, Barbara Joan (Robins) Brooks and one loving son, David Brooks. He is also the cherished grandfather of Jonathan Brooks. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at Mt. Ararat Cemetery, Route 109 & Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale, New York. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home at 9:45am and we will leave promptly at 10:00am to proceed to the Cemetery together for burial and religious services with Military Honors.
