Resided in: East Northport, New York

Ronald Jeremiah Pincott, 82, of East Northport, passed away on April 6, 2026, from complications of Frontotemporal Dementia.

Born in Queens, New York, Ronald was the son of the late Frank and Elsie Pincott. He grew up in Maspeth, Queens, where he attended Grover Cleveland High School and met the love of his life, Barbara. One of their early dates was at an ice-skating rink. Ronald told Barbara he didn’t know how to skate, but the moment he stepped onto the ice, he took off like a professional hockey player—just one of the many ways he kept life fun and full of surprises.

Their bond grew stronger with each passing day, and they were married in 1965. Together, they built a beautiful life and raised three children: Debbie, Richard, and David. Soon after starting their family, Ronald and Barbara made their home in East Northport, where they shared 60 years of marriage.

Ronald was a proud and devoted father who found great joy in watching his children grow into loving adults. His family grew further with the addition of grandchildren, who meant the world to him. Debbie and her partner, Ernie, and her three sons: Daniel, Joseph, and Adam. Richard and his wife, Rachael, have two children, Nick and Samantha. David, his youngest son, has three children: Chris, Amber, and Julia. Each of them carried a piece of Ronald’s heart and brought him immense joy.

By trade, Ronald was a plumbing engineer with Cosentini Associates of New York, NY, where he worked faithfully for nearly 50 years, designing building systems across the globe. He was known for his knowledge, professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic.

To his family, however, he was so much more. He was a devoted husband, a caring father, and a loving grandfather. He cherished time spent with his family—whether relaxing by the lake at the Pocono house, skiing in Stratton, Vermont, or Deer Valley, Utah, or enjoying camping trips where he found peace and happiness sitting around the fire pit. No matter the destination, what mattered most was being surrounded by the people he loved.

Today, we say goodbye—but never farewell. Ronald’s love, laughter, and spirit will live on in all of us. He will be deeply missed as a husband, father, and grandfather, and we will carry him in our hearts forever.
