Rudy was a lawyer’s lawyer ; a quintessential gentleman. His passing is a loss to all who knew Rudy and to the legal profession.
Rudy, going to miss our conversations and then talk about work. You will be missed.
Please accept my condolences. I am very sorry for your loss. Rudy was my mother, Theresa Hartley’s lawyer. He always had time to talk a little history with her. He would giver her books to read. She really appreciated him. Again, so very sorry. Respectfully, Diana Kane
My sincere condolences on your loss of a real gentleman. Sincere and honest man.

I met Rudy when he was 18-20 years old and loved him immediately, along with brother John. We were good friends for a number of years, I admired him for his enthusiasm, passion and determination to be an attorney. My sincerest condolences and deepest sympathy to all. My love to John. Please get in touch.
We would like to send our condolences to the entire Migliore family especially his wife Ann and his 4 children. We were saddened to hear of the passing of Rudy. We are so sorry for your loss…
To one of the most intelligent, funniest and easy to talk to lawyer I had the extreme pleasure to work with, Rudy you will be missed and thank you for everything you have done for me
Today I learned that Rudy had passed away. To Annie,Rudy,Matthew,Stephanie, and Rachel I am so sorry for your loss. Rudy was not only my friend but he was a mentor and helped me become the man I am today. Rudy was always there for me when I needed him through good times and bad. I have so many wonderful memories of Rudy and I am going to miss my dear friend.
“Oh when the Saints go marching in, Oh when the Saints go marching in – Oh Lord I want to be in that number – Oh when the Saints go marching in.” We know that our Brother Rudy is in that number rejoicing with all the Saints in Heaven. Our hope of glory , to one day join that crowd. Be of good cheer! Our Lord Jesus said He has prepared a place for us, so that where He is we may also be. Soon and very soon we are going to see The King. Until then, we must occupy – and be comforted by His promise to never leave us nor forsake us. May The Holy Spirit envelope you with His peace that surpasses all understanding. Memories, so many sweet memories. With love, Jeannette Palma
The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away;
May the name of the Lord be praised
Maybe we can deep fry a Thanksgiving turkey again?
In heaven
I love you brother!
You’re extra close, just like my siblings
Very happy you heard,
“Well done, thou good and faithful servant…,”
Yet also sad in person-
You’re simply not here!

My grandparents lived in a house behind his law office building and my grandfather was the groundskeeper of the building. Rudy Migliore was kind and knew everyone there. He found out I was looking into child advocacy and offered me an informal summer internship to see the inner workings of the court system. He believed every person deserved a fair chance and forgiveness, even as they faced tough consequences for their actions. He treated everyone with respect and his faith in God was his foundation.. His family was his pride and joy and he was so proud of them all. He will be remembered as the amazing man he was. My prayers and sincere condolences to his family and friends.
U will be missed, sir.
When i heard the news it wasnt expected. I knew you were in there, we all knew, but no, this couldnt be. Im grateful for the smile you always gave me…. although me & you were not everyday-ers, what a sight you were walking into riverhead jail to try and help.
Thats when i realized just how well you knew us all. Im soooo thankful that my sister was able to gown your family up and bring them to your bedside. You remember hearing my dad sing those old gospel hymns for pastor forseth.
Life sure is a strange journey, and although you have already passed, i am still writing this to you as it feels fit.
Thank you sir, for all of your service to His Kingdom.
Luv u bro
Please tell my dad i said hi.
I have known Rudy since I was a “little girl”, his nick name for me that stuck even as I became an adult (which has been for quite some time now). It helped me to keep a perspective of childlike faith in God by giving a tangible experience of having someone care about and watch over you all your life. This personified Rudy for everyone that had the privilege of knowing him. Our prayers are with you Ann, Rudy, Matt, Rachel and Stephanie. With so much love and gratefulness, Debbie Prezzano and family.
Rudy & my father, Joel Michaels, were friends from childhood. I just moved back to NY, & learned of his passing. Having met him on a few occasions, I must say, he was kind,& very funny. My family will miss him very much. Our hearts go out to his family.
