Guestbook

  1. I am a friend of Joseph’s for the past 27 years and met him when I was teaching at Dowllng. I knew Sally as a wonderful and kind person with an independent spirit. She was strong and feisty with a good sense of humour. She was beautiful and dynamic and she will be surely missed. My prayers are with the occhipinti family now during this difficult time and I am here for Joseph and his family. God bless ❤️

  2. I was just discussing Mrs. O with a teacher who still works at Bretton Woods and reflecting on the profound impact that she had on me. I’m now 29 years old, but had Mrs. O as my beloved ‘lunch lady’ K-5th grade at Bretton Woods. She was an incredibly kind, loving and supportive figure. I can remember having conversations with her as a child and never feeling like she was treating me as a child. She would talk about her family with great love, about her life experiences (that were appropriate to share with an elementary schooler, such as the fact that she had never been stung by a bee), and try to impart life skills that I still haven’t quite grasped, such as coloring within the lines. I’m saddened to hear about her passing and send my sincere sympathies to the Occhipinti family. Mrs. O was a bright light in this world and will not soon be forgotten.
