Guestbook

  1. Sam was a wonderful father, husband, and police officer. He was proud of all of you. I had the privilege of growing up with him and will never forget him. Andrea, Michael, Jason, and Melissa, our hearts go out to you. You are in our thoughts and prayers. May his memory be a blessing. We are always here for you.

  2. I had the privilege to get to know and work with Sam as a police officer in the NYPD 114 precinct from 1982 till 1986.Sam was a warm and caring police officer someone I could look up to for advice on how to do the job. I remember him helping me with paperwork and how to handle myself as a new police officer.Sam was a true gentleman and he will be sorely missed by all..Don Sinski retired Queens Robbery Squad

  3. Mr. Horn had one of the most gentle and kind souls I have ever known. I will always be grateful for the privilege of having spent so much time around him growing up. When I think of Mr. Horn, countless memories come to mind, but the most vivid is of all those hot summer days when I’d open the fence gate to meet Jason in the backyard, only to be warmly greeted by Mr. Horn, completely drenched in sweat from the incredible pride he took in maintaining his beautiful yard and pool.

It is not ironic to me that after months without rain, the skies opened up today almost as if the world itself is honoring his life.

I have nothing but unconditional love for the entire Horn family, and my thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time and always. May his memory continue to bring you comfort and peace.

  4. candleWe were touched and honored last night to witness a beautiful tribute of love and respect to Mr. Sam Horn and the entire Horn family. Please remember, there can never be an end to love!

  5. Andrea, I’m so sorry to hear the bad news my heart is breaking. I wish I could’ve been there to see you and the family. I got the notification late and I was in Florida with the family issue. I’m so sad. I love that guy. He was the best if there’s anything I can do please give me a call. I’d love to just sit and chat and talk. My cell number is 917539-8051 Sammy’s partnerJohn LaPierre .
