Guestbook

  1. To Uncle Joe, Carol, Rich, Tom, & Marie,
When I heard the news about Aunt Stella, I sat down at my dining room table- from Mom’s house- and enjoyed a cup of tea as I relived so many Thanksgivings at that table where the desserts were just as plentiful as the main course!! Aunt Stella would tell stories about living in the city, or some other event that would make us all laugh. She always asked me how was school, and truly listened. I will miss her but cherish having such a thoughtful, caring aunt. Love you, Aunt Stella.

  2. My last conversation with Aunt Stella ended with us singing polish songs
    Such a sweet spirit
Our family was certainly blessed to have her
I will miss the lively conversation
    Love and prayers
    Mary Lynn

  3. What I recall about Aunt Stella – being an “adopted” member of the family (the husband of Aunt Stella’s niece Janet James) is – well, to begin, ALL my
memories are good. Stella was warm
and caring to everyone: her wonderful family and beloved, truly wonderful grandchildren, and everyone else. I experienced this. On Christmas Eves with her, Uncle Joe, and the family, and on other occasions and family gatherings. Stella was an unpretentious, straightforward person. She was very intelligent and inquisitive and curious about everything. She loved to read. She was a great conversationalist. She always made you feel comfortable. She was dignified and had personal qualities and a professional career and family everyone
admired, but she didn’t take herself seriously. I always looked forward to seeing Stella. I will really miss her.

  4. Dear Tom and Marie,
Our sincere condolences on the passing of your mother. With love to you and all your family.
    Anne and Bob
