Stephanie Carra

Stephanie Carra, age 93, of Rocky Point, New York, died Thursday, November 10, 2022. Stephanie was born June 8, 1929 in Mineola, New York. She is the daughter of the late Robert and the late Mary (Maksymkow) DeStefano. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Michael in 2008 and daughter-in-law, Maria in 2018. She is survived by her loving children, Lisa Bergamini of Rocky Point, New York, Anthony (Diane) Carra of North Grafton, Massachusetts, Michael Carra of Endwell, New York and Stephen Carra of Malverne, New York. Stephanie is the dear sister of Mary Spicer of Smithtown, New York and Frank DeStefano of Florida. She is also the cherished grandmother of nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A ,Rocky Point, New York. Celebration of the Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, 614 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. Burial will follow in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, New York. Visiting hours will be Tuesday, November 15 from 3-5PM - 7-9pm at the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Business Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY.
