Beautiful Tessie, my heart is broken. Thank you for being such a strong, funny, supportive, and fiercely loyal friend. Your brightness and spirit shone through to the very end – laughing about sneaking you into the movies with your walker so we could get the good seats, saying George could get a Ferrari as your parting gift as long as he named it ‘Tessie.’ You made everyone laugh and smile, always. My heart aches when I think of all the unfinished plans, business ideas, and trips we planned to take, but I know you’ll always be there and I feel lucky to have been your friend. George, the boys, and Tessie’s family: she loved you all so, so much.
