I just heard of the passing of Victor. Sending my deepest condolences, my heart is broken. Victor was one of a kindest and truly a beautiful soul in and out. I was Blessed to have meet you in Florida. I will treasure our memories Florida memories my friend. Fly high with your Angels. You will be missed.

So very sad to here of this great mans passing.I had many good times with Victor .he was kind gentle and generous.Thankful to him for his service to the PBA,an most especially for his friendship that I will always treasure.
The Executive Board and members of the NYC Retired Transit Police Officers Association send our deepest condolences and sympathies to Augi family. Vic was a Lifetime Member of the association and I had the pleasure of working with Vic when he was the 2nd VP under Johnny Maye and I was the area Trustee. He was always very helpful to the members when help was needed and he will be missed. May he Rest in Peace.
Vic was a really nice guy. I never worked him but use to see him in the O/u or PDO when he was with the PBA. I know he did a great job while in the PBA. Rest in peace my friend.
My sincere condolences to the family and friends, Victor was a dear friend for many years and we both were on the Executive Board for the NYC Transit Police P.B.A., I am deeply saddened to learn about his passing and I hope that him and his family continues to be blessed by God.
